The experience acquired with professional chefs has led Alexis to develop a range of single variety virgin olive oils, produced where olive groves are. These oils are for professional, gourmets, delicatessens and boutiques.Contains 100% Picual olives and is a variety from Cordoba in Andalusia (Spain). The olives are picked green, early in October, before maturity, allowing it to be perfect with raw vegetables, fresh goat cheeses and smoked salmon.
